To ensure total Quality Assurance, our Quality Management System is externally Audited and Certified by BSiMoconna Pty Ltd recognises that our vehicles and equipment must be kept in good order if we are to deliver timely and effective service to our customers.
Equipment maintenance procedures devoted to ensuring proper maintenance of all vehicles and other equipment form an integral part of our Quality Management System. As do the control systems that are in place to ensure that all maintenance is carried out on schedule.
We employ qualified staff to service all our vehicles in our own workshop.
All our drivers inspect major vehicle systems each day before beginning work. This requirement and other minor maintenance is set out in Work Instructions for each task.
